This Dunkin does great job , especially in current conditions . Environment is clean , plenty of parking outside . It’s great that dunkin remains open during the pandemic, definitely appreciate that .
I’ve always appreciated the convenience of this location - near the high school, on the way to/from a team game etc. The service today, however, was stunningly slow. We pre-ordered beverages and bites before arriving, using the Dunkin’ Donuts app so we could grab and go. Getting our order took 20 minutes AFTER our 5 minute drive to the location. The team seemed clueless as to the online orders being a part of their day. They were non-apologetic about the delays as well and truly seemed they could care less about customer service in any way. We stopped because this was the Dunkin the most “on the way”, but will make the detour to Blauvelt or Northvale next time around. Sorry, Orangeburg Dunkin. Epic fail.
I've been to this dunkin donuts for 22 years now and within the last 3 months it has totally changed. Rude workers, no product, and if you want to wait it will take a half hour even if you want 1 donut. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Can't even comment what I ordered since I just walked out.
Don’t let them choose the munchkins you will get 3 out of there like 7 kinds. Additionally the munchkins were stale like they’ve been sitting from the day before. Completely dried out. And barely had any glaze on them whatsoever
I had an amazing experience here on Sunday evening with the manager, Melody and an employee Kaysha. They both gave me a great experience ordering donuts and a milkshake! Great customer service and very friendly ladies.

This is the best Dunkin in the area. Most friendly staff, it’s very very clean, and always fully stocked. I go out of the way to come here.
Horribly filthy. Trash on the floor in the bathrooms and the restaurant. Dirty counters. Didn’t get my order right.
Great for coffee, quick breakfast and snacks. Some of these locations lack leadership and can't complete simple orders without wrong or out of stock items. Tho most of the Dunkin locations are good.
Located at Orangetown Shopping Center that also houses Baskin Robbins. Serves various coffee flavors and donuts but also breakfast items. Ample parking space and friendly service.
