Ever since the new renovation, Dunkin’ has been improving for the good! I’m glad to see more staff members throughout the day so service is faster and more efficient. I unfortunately can’t say the same for the Night Shift, they’re a bit understaffed but still manageable. On the bright side, everything is made to perfection. The store is kept very clean and pleasurable. This location doesn’t have a drive-thru so be prepared to wait in line to order. I’d highly recommend ordering through the Dunkin’ app if possible.
They make the worse coffee and you’ll get your wraps scrunched up in the bag. There are two other Dunkin’s you can go too for way better coffee! There’s one on Rt 202 next to ShopRite and another at the Shell gas station before the highway entrance ramp.
I was so disappointed at my Ice Machiatto today .. it was so much milk and asked the lady and she said . Machiatto have 90% milk .. WRONG .........please put individuals who really know how to make your signature coffees . I was. Very unhappy and I didn't wanted to be a Karen . I ended up throwing it in the garbage at work .
No drive-thru, closes earlier than suggested on the store hours regularly. All food orders you try to make after 9 will be denied, due to employees being to lazy to clean up after intended customer service hours. Ordered a few coffees around 9:15 pm went outside to grab phone and hit my vape for 2 seconds and employees tried to lock the door without giving me my order when the store closes at 10.
I went with my son and got coffee they messed up the order prior to mine it was a colada iced and I asked the girl u gonna through those out she said yes I asked can my son have the small one then she said she has to ask the manager but she said it’s probably not a problem bc they throw it our and he said no he was rude and very disgusting person Spanish think Mexican big man SHAME ON YOU SIR
Need trainings!!!! Register was okay still getting use to the register sandwich maker using phone while making food! The line was so long! Train these people please you have a nice dunkin but the service is so bad!
They always are changing their hours and it said that there open till 11 pm but I got there and they where closed and it was only 10:20 I drove all the way from Pomona there for nothing

It's Labor Day. What's worse than horrible customer service? How about No customer service!!! I love DnD's coffee, so they get that 1 star. 4 people working, I'm the only customer at counter and in the whole store. I'm completely ignored, nobody even says Hello to me or looks at me, not once! ...DoorDash guy walks in, hands them a receipt for an order, so 3 of them start filling his order. 1 kid cleaning garbage. Still, nobody even looks at me. 5 minutes go by. I put my cash back into my wallet and walked out and told my wife to drive to a different location. Lazy bums! Fire them all!
Always unorganized staff and orders. After 3pm you will be eating stale donuts and bagels.
