Wish I could give it one star. HORRIBLE. Rude people you have to add your own sugar????? donuts were day old I believe. If not they were not stored properly or something. Stale, tasted horrible and dry. Will never return here. I will wait on line at the one in Port Jervis less than a mile away! BTW The Subway that is also in here sucks too.
Standard coffee and reasonably quick service. The counter is right in front of the door which means your constantly dodging people going in and out.Food: 4/5
This Dunkin' Donuts is OK at best. It's better than the DD right down the street. And this one is not as busy. But neither are what I would consider great. Although this DD is more of a gas station small DD. Sometimes it is pretty good. Other times it's. not so good. I always have been here in the day light. So I don't know how the 24 hour coffee is.
The girls at the Montague N.J one are always so nice make my coffee just the way I like it ,I had to opportunity to go there at night once and they had 1 person at night it was a young gentleman, he was very nice treated me very polite, also need to add he was the only one working ,so when you have a line stress will set in he handled it well ,I also could see customers not liking to have to wait but, I took it to myself to talk to them and say hey if you have never worked in a job like this it isnt easy and when you as customers are not patient you stress workers out and mistakes happen so give him a break then it seemed everyone just changed people in this world need to learn patience.
Very nice place, donuts are smaller than other states. But was just as good
Ordered a bacon egg & cheese on bagel. The chubby girl said no bagels, but they had bagels. Go to the store & buy something, while I'm paying a white gentleman & Family walk in & order bagels with cream cheese..She serves them & looks at me..The gentleman looks at me confused..Prejudice at its finest... The America we live in...sad...
Avoid this place they have terrible service. The employee taking my order was rude from the start. I ordered a cold brew with cold foam and I got an iced tea with cold foam. I then asked the employee who took my order if it was cold brew, thinking he heard me wrong, and again was rude and told me it 100% was cold brew. Will never go back

Stood for 10 minutes waiting to be served. Employees right in front of me never helped me, greeted me. Nothing. Done with Dunking this is the second time in one week never again.
Rude older foreign man on night shift, doesn't speak english well at all and he says to me "you go" "you go" because he couldn't understand what I was trying to order! I asked for 2 chocolate frosted cake donuts and he didn't know what I was saying... Even though there was a slot with a sign that said Chocolate frosted cake donuts, he kept asking if I wanted Boston cream! I said no I would like a chocolate frosted cake donut. How can you hire an employee that doesn't understand or read english? The fact that he didn't know the difference between a cake donut and a Boston cream and raised donut and they put him behind the counter by himself is mystifying to say the least! Dunkin Donuts used to be a good chain years ago but they have really gone in the toilet. I was as polite as could be and he told me to go away because he had know clue what I was asking for... I will never stop here again it was absolutely abhorrent! Way to go on that customer service!! Try training your employees on the difference between a cake donut and a raised donut and make sure they can speak and understand english!!!! Rude awful man!!!
