Ive been coming in the morning because it’s the only Dunkin’ I pass... I’m at least a half hour away from this Dunkin and I have to order 20 minutes prior on the app because I know it takes forever to get my one or two items. They mess up an order, along with forget an item. Every time I come here, something is forgotten or wrong with the order. They seem careless here. I don’t even get a chance to correct it. I don’t know if it’s because of low staff or so much going on. I understand the mornings are hard and they are all over the place, but when no one is around and it still takes forever to get a drink, it makes no sense. I understand it is hard, but even before the pandemic they have been struggling. It shouldn’t take so long. The line for the drive through gets long and so I use the app to walk in...but even when I go in, I wait a little bit. When I come back out the line hasn’t moved. They are doing so much but so little. Update. I went again and their muffin isn’t even fully baked through
This is the best Dunkin in the Poconos! We are big coffee drinkers and the first half of our week long vacation was filled with very bad coffee…until we found this little gem. Precise and delicious! Worth the drive from wherever you’re staying!!!
What’s really to say? Good coffee. Good snacks. Fast service. Busy store, I feel as though mobile ordering gets priority over people physically there. Doesn’t really make a difference.
Only problem, no public restrooms. You will need to walk around to Urgent Care lobby to access one.Food: 5/5
Horrible! Asked for a mix of munchkins and I got mostly the nasty ones, the kids won’t even eat them. They put pumpkin spice on my Carmel ice late
Sat at the driveway through window for 10min. No one helped us. They were open. We saw other folks being served and helped.Service: 1/5
Messed up my drive thru order, which was explained four times. Iced caramel latte, no sugar. Didn't seem that complicated to me but they gave a sugar free vanilla latte instead.. I just didn't want more sugar in my caramel coffee. Eventually came out with the correct drink which was fine
People smoking/on their phone out front/out back are on their 30 minute break and not on the clock. We do not have a break room here unfortunately. However, this dunkin is the best place I’ve worked. Great coworkers !!!
The worst Dunkin' in the area. I'm pretty sure they are under new ownership since reopening and they have a difficult time retaining staff. The Indian woman that works there, I'm pretty sure she is one of the owners, has an insane attitude and takes it out on her staff and customers- hence the difficulty keeping staff. They are closed on days they're supposed to be open, with no sign to let people know they are closed- even with workers in the store. Their prices are 50 cents to $1 more than any other Dunkin' chain. They upcharge $1.09 for alternate milks. $1 for a cup of tap water. Some days you wait in the drive-thru for 30+ minutes and they often forget items or get the order wrong with no apologies. One time the owner argued with my father because he asked for a new decaf coffee... because they served him a grey, watery concoction- far from fresh. If they're going to overcharge, at least have some quality control and nice customer service. You're better off taking the drive to Hamlin or Honesdale where you can be treated with decency and not ripped off. I am writing this review today because it was my last straw. It's 4pm, I stop at this Dunkin' and there's 2 cars in the parking lot and 1 car at the drive-thru. Presumably, you would think they are open at 4 on a Friday. I sat behind the car for about 10 minutes, just assuming they're being slow like usual. 2 employees came out and went up to the the car in front of me. I just assumed they knew each other, because then the car moved up. I got to the menu, so I sit and wait for another 5 minutes- and nothing. I decided to just go towards the window, and there's no one there. So I drive around to exit, and only then, does one of the employees shout that they're closed while messing around in the parking lot. You couldn't have just told me when you told the car in front of me? I told them I figured- and they should've had the decency of having a sign or letting me know rather than just letting me sit there. This is one of the worst run businesses in the area, it'll probably be under new ownership soon- at least I hope so anyway.
My medium hot latte with coconut milk did not taste good.
