What's good: - perfectly located in the main street of Hamra - Metro El Madina is right next to it in case you want to waste some time till the shows start - the donuts are delicious as usual - a good place to relax and enjoy an evening in Hamra. What can be improved: - customer service! We all pass through rough days but still... - the tables outside should be cleaned and wiped after customers leave. Especially that there is someone hired to clean them up

I often pass by Dunkin Donuts Hamra to see some friends. It is complicated how is the settings between the library and Dunkin but eventhough they have an indoor and outdoor with tasty bostom cream

My fav. thing about this place is its convenient location. I'm not the biggest dunkin' fan, but the staff is friendly and the sitting area is great! A few helpful tips: - They have a toilet downstairs. - You can wait there without ordering. Not that I encourage you to it, but it is helpful to know sometimes : if I have a few minutes to wait for something, I don't feel bad staying there.
The coffee in this branch is one of the worst I ever had, I would recommend going to another branch instead of the Hamra branch.Food: 1/5
I've been to many countries over the years never seen such a bad bad service they are too slow and they keep u standing there as if you don't exist, I also heard this from many friends, other locations are much better, that's why I always go to bliss. I don't recommend hamra location
They need to better manage quality and freshness for the donuts. The Espresso taste is not acceptable at any meaning of the world. It is a very nice place, they just need to put some effort to improve quality. The employees do not look happy at their job.
