We went through the drive-thru and my friends didn't know what they wanted and taking forever. The woman at the windowdidn't check her name was awesome She is nice, helpful, and great to be served by. She probably deserves a raise
My drink was mostly foam, the people working keep mumbling so when they toss your order on the counter you have no idea if it's yours, and my order was wrong and burnt. Yay. Not a great visit.
I love the new design of Dunkin. It's very modern and clean! The display case is more like a bakery.
Worked there for a month and they were horrible at training and very rude. Also very unsanitary and thoughtless work procedure. They make you wear masks but don’t care about gloves or actually cleaning the store. Absolutely disgusting establishment. Wish I could rate this 0 stars.
I just got a coffee and a breakfast sandwich and my eggs were ice cold my bacon was not cooked, raw it was really gross. And I called and was told to bad they can't help they have new people working.
Went two days in a row, the drinks tasted the same both days. Who ever the Manger is here you need to come to Alabama and Georgia and teach them how to fix drinks.Food: 5/5
Weird experience. We went through the drive-thru. They told us they only had strawberry with sprinkles and chocolate with sprinkles. We went with 6 of each. We asked if they had any doughnut holes/munchkins. They said no. They had us pull around and park for our order. Our daughter had to use the restroom so the lady took her in. Turns out they did in fact have a ton of doughnut holes as well as a variety of doughnuts in their case. They straight up lied about their available selection and not having doughnut holes munchkins. Whatever you wanna call'em. I've never had something like that happen to me. Lol.
Paid $10 for literally 3 slices of bread. I watched her using one single small cup of avocado spread for all 3 of my avocado toasts. It has never happened before in any other location. It was like a “ghost avocado toast”. Ridiculous for $10. Don’t waste your money here, go get a full loaf of bread and a decent guacamole from Walmart lol.
Our order was three drinks and three foods and half of it was problematic . I ordered a hot latte with whole milk and extra Carmel syrup and I could not taste any Carmel at all and it was very thin therefore whole milk wasn’t used. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese also and there was no knife in the bag. My sisters grilled cheese was cold also
Nice Workers! Great Service! Overall pleasant experience.
