I love this place they have really good customer service although I see some coworkers have problems but otherwise this is my favorite dunking to go to there's 2 ladies that make me feel like I'm family I just want those to ladies to know you make my day
Cannot accurately take a simple order. No cream or 2 Splenda had to throw drink away. Ruined my whole life.
I order a cold coffee with Carmel & Vanilla Bean with 2 Splenda and extra cream. They did not label my drink and did not make it right at all. It was so wrong that I simply had to throw it away.
You must wear a mask to enter. Good, hot coffee, when you just need a cup to get you through a busy day. Fresh pastries for your sweet tooth. Breakfast sandwiches also available. The is a large staff to prepare your order quickly. The prices are in the range of other coffee shops.
Ran out of beyond sausage and had no substitute. Didn't know until after order, no refund. Med. Iced Matcha Latte was 90% ice. Poor service from cashier.
It was decent. Croissant was a bit crumbly.

New system today and only 2 cars a ahead of me...waited in line for 15 minutes! Ordered bubble lemonade and was not told that they were out of the larger straws specifically for the bubbles!!
