Dunkin'

Ordered the new Tomato Pesto Grilled cheese on the Dunkin Donuts app. So I picked up the order and came back to work only to find the grill cheese is not a grilled cheese. It was just plain bread with pesto, tomato and cheese in it. Super disappointed. At first, I thought I will just try it, but honestly it looked so horrible that I couldn't even try taking a bite for the sake of it. Decided to go back I'm my work hours, and the manager looks at the order ticket on the box and says yeah that's what you ordered online thats what we made. I asked her to look again and confirm if this is how a grilled cheese looks like. She sighed and ordered "can you put another one?' She wants the grilled cheese darker." And she gave me the worst look. I was so put off with her attitude that i didn't want my sandwich anymore and just asked for a refund. And of course they don't do refund for orders made through the app online. Pretty shocking! But honestly More than anything It was the super snooty unapologetic attitude of the manager that made me more upset than the meal. I am only giving 2 stars because of the understanding of the other younger girls who cared enough to say that they will make it well this time. Trust me, it wasn't great the second time either, but the girl TRIED to correct it and cared, so I still had my sandwich Half of it. But I would totally avoid going there next time, and definitely not for a Grilled cheese or some 'Why are you here, And I don't care' attitude. The manager didn't have a name tag, so cannot identify but whoever is on duty at 3pm Fridays.

Posting for so many reasons. I travel 90 minutes from another state to be at work on time and ready to serve. The video I took is timestamped 5:05am. The tardiness is not even why I'm upset about this. This employee was making me wrong right from the start. Scolding me that I should have waited a minute and just lying about basically everything. If the speaker wasn't working, why did you know that I was trying to order from it and should have stayed there to wait for a response? I figured maybe something was wrong with the speaker so that is why I drove up and honked. Seeing as to how there were a couple of cars in the employee parking, I thought maybe there was an equipment issue. I was trying to be considerate. But apparently there's an employee issue. I've always known Valparaiso to have excellent establishments with excellent service but this place is apparently on a decline judging from all the reviews. What is going on with this place? I'd much rather pay extra for better service at Starbucks.

I'm not sure what's going on at this location but the last 3 times I ordered coffee online I've had to wait awhile. This visit today I waited 15 minutes for a large coffee. As I'm standing there the guy looks at me and says 'maybe somebody grabbed it' and he laughed. Well it was sitting on the other side of the counter. I don't think anyone monitors the mobile orders. There were no cars in the drive thru, it wasn't busy. They need to better monitor their mobile orders.

Tried ordering an item my boyfriend always gets and they lied and said they couldn’t make it they do this every time I come through and ask but when my boyfriend does they make it. Also the employees left their headsets on and were giggling about customers making jokes about their appearance they just ignored me completely at the drive through I just pulled off because no one was helping at all. Awful service and the place is completely nasty they are just awful. Awful employees they told me there was no manager there when I asked for one to talk to because I’m confused on how my boyfriend gets this one drink every time he comes in but I can’t ever get it and I’m always polite and positive when I come in usually but this last experience I will never go to this store again. Only the one on route 30 for now on. They have the best customer service in Valparaiso.

I went to this place about 3 times a day every day for about 3 years. First they get a new mobile app that makes you have to spend way more $ in order to earn a free coffee and they already had raised the happy hour price from $1-$2. Now they decided they weren't making enough money on us so they decided to eliminate happy hour all together. I will never return to this place again. I will go somewhere else to get my coffee.

It’s great how early this Dunkin’ opens, with very few choices to get something to eat this hour of the day in Valparaiso. Very fresh food and donuts. There is also Baskin Robins ice cream placed seamlessly along side in the shop.

After waiting almost 15 minutes to get a bagel, and watching at least a dozen cars get their orders through the drive-through, I finally asked for a refund on my one single bagel with cream cheese and left. With no apology from the employees may I add. And this was only after I was told they were “preparing my order” as I watched them make three more orders for drive-through cars.

Awesome breakfast sandwiches cooked to perfection. Best eggs in town for a drive up and go place. Iced coffee is amazing also. The lady even gave us extra napkins to wipe the car down since it was raining and the inside of the car was getti soaked. Awesome customer service and food was made in a timely fashion.

Absolutely ridiculous that they are so cheap they think stopping happy hour will save them so much money but I hope it loses twice as many customers. I'm not going back!

Dunkin' has the BEST iced coffee and donuts! Best way to start the day! Or even a good time in the evening. Yummy!
