No stars, boycott this establishment!! They refuse to serve military personnel, active or veterans. Patronize other DD in Lake Station or New Chicago, who are welcoming to all Americans.

Came through quarter to close late I know and they went out of their way to make me fresh coffee. I really appreciate it especially after dealing with the employees on Ripley who would frequently tell me I’m SOL. Now I can get through my overnight shift!

Employees of this Dunkin cannot get an order correct. Owner of Dunkin doesnt care if you get the correct order. Flies are in the donut case too employee said oh well regarding the fly. Disgusting!

Always friendly staff. I wanted to try new items in their menu and they always recommend something good. Good bang for the buck

Lauren was so helpful! She recommended ice creams and donuts that we absolutely enjoyed! She had a smile on her face and helped us to the absolute extent! She’s amazing , I will definitely be back! She’s made our experience great!!

If you want Dunkin, this is the one to go to out of the 5 in Portage and Hobart 9 times outta 10 my drinks are made perfect. If its not, they'll fix it quick. And the workers are the best, super friendly and fast!

Slow store, staff not always very pleasant or accommodating. Owners are very rude and dismissive. Be for warned if u order hash browns expect them to be very bitter as they don't clean their appliances so they taste like months old grease. They don't change temps either so if u order mini pancakes don't expect soft and fluffy. U will get hard and crunch pancakes. Doesn't that sound delicious? You have been educated so don't go here expecting anything less than being disappointed
