Would you like a charred croissant, or coffee that is never consistent? Welcome, enjoy being greeted by the same drive through order taker everyday, she hates her job and does not like you I promise.
Garbage. Got 4 donuts, mostly stale, didn't find out till I got home. All the donuts available behind the counter were basically mixed together in one shelf you couldn't tell what was what. $5 wasted. Not going back. No wonder there were no customers.
Love Prairie Farms chocolate milk and super nice service.
I have only ever gone through the drive-thru and half the time use Dunkin’s On The Go app, the other half in real time. The staff is friendly, and they usually get my order right- the only issue I have had is when I ask for the white cheddar instead of American cheese on any sandwich.
Who is the franchise owner of this location? I asked the employee for this information to make a complaint to someone that might actually be able to make improvements. I was told they didn’t know or have that information. The manager on duty said she didn’t know. Can someone help out with that?
