Frequently visit this location but during the weekdays. Went through the drive thru today and Ella took care of me. She has absolutely amazing customer service. Give that girl a raise! Nicest dunkin employee I've ever met.
I'm surprised what i just experienced. I ordered a large iced Americano. I know it's 4 shots on ice usually covering 3/4 of the ice and splashed with water. Instead I see her pour maybe 1 shot and just pour a lot of water in it. I asked the chick and she admitted she cuts corners and doesn't have time to make all that espresso. She was training a new guy he even looked at her weird when she admitted it.
Friendly but they mess up simple orders in the drive thru. Last time I was in the restaurant someone brought their dog in and it was behind the counter walking around. Won't be returning, I will take the extra drive down to Biggby!!!
The donuts were fresh they were still warm they were very good the service was real good kind of felt sorry for the girl that waited on me she was pregnant and I knew mean pregnant but she was real sweet
Club Dunkin. ordered online from home drove up there, just to observe loud music blaring and inattentive workers ignoring the order sitting idle waiting for someone to notice. Will drive to other nearby locations. I'm all for someone enjoying their work, but the work still has to get done. obviously lacking supervision at night.
The person who took my order was just okay. Then my coffee was wrong. When I got to the window it was the manager Shawn; I felt she was extremely rude and disrespectful. She had an attitude the whole time and I thought it was no way for a manger to act.
Changed my rating to a one star after the girl took my order on 4/30/21. She was hardly responsive, sounded bored and bothered to be taking the order. Last few time I have felt the drive thru etiquette horrible. Short answers, unfriendly, bothered teenagers is all you see working there.
I am so mad about this place. I was waiting for my coffee for 15 minutes. They just forgot about it. Because of this, I was late for work, and in the end, no coffee or apologies from the employees.
They are the friendliest Dunkin around, love the staff. My dogs love the treats at the drive up, they get a little disappointed when they stick their heads out and don't get a treat. But coffee there is always the perfect way to start out my day, or a middle if the day puck me up!
They screw up my coffee that I order the same everyday and blame me for screwing up. I’ve worked in a drive through before! These kids need to drop there attitude and get some respect! The sad part is the manager is right there. I honestly feel bad she has to manage these rude kids all day! Kudos to the manager for going to work every day!
