Dunkin'

They will generally make it right... even if it takes them 2 tries... but it would be nice to get my order right the first time around, something that doesnt happen often at this location.

O.k. for quick snack on the way home. There have been a few times I didn't get what I asked for, but it's no big deal. Drive thru's are hard since you hate to sit there and check order with a line up of people behind you. The sweet pepper bacon was sinfully wonderful !!!

Good coffee. Happy they lost the styrofoam cups! Nice and clean.

The only drive through in Palmyra. Wish they could stay open later on weekdays. But; I understand, the pandemic has affected us all differently. At least this shop doesn't forget items. Their counterpart in Macedon always forgets something

This place has gone downhill. They used to be fast and efficient and now you wait forever for your order. Its no wonder why the drive through has cars wrapped around the building. I was really disappointed, I will not be back to this Dunkin'.

Service was so slow. They were understaffed, but to make it worse, the manager on duty was more concerned about taking pictures of the doughnut display, to send to the owner/corporate, than serving customers. If owner/corporate wants pictures, install a video camera. The micromanagement hurts business.
