Customer service sucks. I decided to go inside to order and no one ever greeted me and I ended up leaving without ever being waited on. There were only two cars in the drive up and no one else inside. So no breakfast today and one very disappointed customer.
So as I read through the reviews I come to.the conclusion that it is most definitely the customer service and management at this store that must change. Let's talk about my experience with this store on Saturday. I pulled up in the drive through, was asked to place my order. After started over 3 times with my order and the gentleman on the other side still could not get it right. I started over and spoke very clear and a little slower thinking he was having a hard time hearing me, then he told me my total and another gentleman came over the speaker and told me I was being rude and not to be rude to his employees. So I drove around to the window and asked who had come over the speaker and the lady at the window replied my manager, so I asked to speak to him. This is where it gets really good, he came to the window very confrontational and I told him why I spoke up and slowed down, he then refused to serve me my order and banged on window as I had rolled it up at this point to call corporate office. At this point my wife is concerned so she went inside to get his name. Ben was the name we were given. Not sure if that truly was his name. But that non mistake able piano tattoo on his forearm will sure let you know who he is. I will be hard pressed to ever visit a dunkin doubts again due to this experience and customer service. Its really horrible they employ people like this. Reading through the comments I can really see that I am not the 1st one. So long dunkin doubts you won't be getting my money anymore!!!

I went to Dunkin' to try a Matcha for the first time and I will say it was not a good experience. My cup was filled to the brim with ice, I couldn't even fit my straw in it. I got about 6 sips before it was gone.
Horrible service. I understand being short staffed. When I got to the drive through, there was one other car. No other cars were in the parking lot. We had to wait about 10 minutes to place our order, then had to park and wait for our items, which were 2 frappes. The excuse was, they were short staffed and had customers inside! It must have been a huge bus drop off or a whole mess of people that had walked there because, like I mentioned, there were no other cars in the parking lot, aside from probable employee parking 2 Parked along the very end of the lot. Horrible horrible service
This might be the fastest drive thru I've ever been to. The line of cars in the morning can be startling but they take your order and prepare your order so fast. The line is always moving. The coffee drinks are pretty great too.
I ordered a sugar free vanilla decaf ice latte and the coffee was so bitter I couldn't taste the vanilla syrup that they addedFood: 1/5
I must confess I am very fond of this place. While their food and drink are good it is their customer service that amazes me. We live in a day and age where the majority of businesses do not put customer service as a priority. But this Dunkin Donuts does. They are efficient, polite, patient and oh so very intuitive. And they multitask quite well. I could go on and on but what I will add is if there were 20 stars available to give they would receive each and every star I can give them. They have an incredible team running this business!
Grabbed a sourdough breakfast sandwich itbwas huge and tasty will do againFood: 5/5
