Many thanks to Kelly at the Odsal Road branch for helping me make up a box of 12 for the reception staff at my kids school, very patient and friendly service. She also advised me of any donuts that might have nuts in them, you never know who could be allergic. And of course the quality of the product is very good; you might pay a bit more compared to Greggs or a supermarket but you can taste the difference. A note to those easily disappointed when places run out of stuff, get there as early as you can, they had ran out of glazed donuts by 10am on a subsequent visit. But these things happen, they can only stock so much and if there's a rush on a certain product, it's nobody's fault.
Some of the staff are competent but I feel like they hire a lot of people who clearly cba being there and consistently mess up your order. It's also probably not a good idea to have the store open if only one member of staff is working. It's clearly too much for them to handle a simple order on their own and it's probably not safe for them either.
Been a couple of times and been served by the same lady! She is so lovely! Not sure of her name but is her hair in plait and wears glasses! Her customer service skills are amazing!
Visited 29/4/23 after 4pm and let’s just say I would not go back there, the till staff wasn’t listening to my order and the order screens weren’t working. I really would go to the Xchange branch as they are far more accommodating and friendly
Lovely coffee and all the staff are great but 4 of the 5 caramel latte's are wrong every week. Wrong flavour or not extra hot and sometimes it tastes like they haven't put fresh coffee grinds in so the coffee is like dishwater. Thank you
Headed to KFC to use the car charging points, but it was a nice surprise to see a Dunkin' next door so opted for that instead. Coffee was good, and had a great selection of donuts.
Called here today to pick up some donuts for a marketing event the service was amazing. We explained what they were for and we even got a discount ! Every time we go in the staff are so friendly and efficient. Plus the donuts are amazing a big shoutout to sol and Kelly who were great and made our visit a fun experience. Five stars all round
A child approached the counter and ordered a hot chocolate with a staff member. The staff member made the drink and told the child she made it with extra hot milk!! Needless to say, the child waited for about 10 mins before taking a sip... burnt their mouth. I would have rated this venue ZERO if there was an option.
A good selection of doughnuts and my Maple crumb latte was of very high standard. Customer service was excellent. The young lad and lady - i think he was called Ben and Roshani were really helpful and had some very rude customers to deal with as the store had to close due to staff shortages and that on a busy Saturday afternoon. Overall a good experience and I shall be returning.
Thought I'd treat the kids, so popped in for some donuts and iced frappacinos. You can't actually go inside due to Covid, so we used the drive thru. We got a mixture of donuts, mainly chocolate ones of course. They are probably some of the best donuts we've had, so fresh and tasty. The frappacinos were a little sweet, but really tasty. It was a Friday night and wasn't too busy. Prices are normal for a place like this, don't expect Greggs prices. Plenty of parking too
