I ordered a mobile pick up 4 times from this location. The first time, nothing was ready when I got there. The second time, my drink was ready but my food wasn’t. The third time, my food was ready and my drink wasn’t. This time my coffee didn’t have caramel in it, and even if it did like the woman insisted it did, it certainly wasn’t extra like I asked for. I understand mornings are probably their busiest time but I live 15 minutes away and I always order before I leave. That should be enough time to have everything ready, and made correctly. The only reason it’s not 1 star is because, although the service is unreliable, is because the employees, for the most part, are nice. The woman offered to add more caramel to my coffee this morning, but I was already running late to work so I had to just go.
Absolutely terrible service! My coffee was made wrong once and I asked to have it remade. It was then made right but cold. I asked a 3rd time stating it was cold and immediately was given an attitude with profanity, and honestly felt threatened. I proceeded to ask for my money back and was refused. So I left without my money or my coffee. I don’t believe it’s to much to ask to get what I paid for — a hot coffee made right.
Got my whole order wrong 3 times, they don’t have almost everything on the menu and they are rude. Parking: Major whole in the exit of the parking lot.
I waited 15 minutes in line while nobody else was in line. 3 employees saw me and walk passed me. One was sleeping at the corner. I asked the lady if she was going to take my order. She rudely asked me to be patient. I walked out and left. People like me have a business to run. You cant let a customer wait 15-20 minutes especially when it wasn't even busy.
The workers here are very rude and act like it’s a big deal to help you. Today is 3/14/23
During the day it's great place but once 2pm hits all young kids I there waited 20 minutes for hot coco when there were 5 workers standing doin nothing but fooling around
Macchiato was made incorrectly.....so I wwnt back....only to be told that every other dunkin donuts I have ever ordered a Macchiato from was the ones making it wrong.....isn't there a book......there wasn't any reason to argue with me about how to make MY coffee.....if I'm wrong just show it to me in the book and I won't order MY coffee wrong anymore!
The worst production team i ever saw! One clerk taking orders, another clerk dont know how to make coffee you have an order slip right in front of you and giving the wrong food to customers not a good look. Now let's not forget the homeless and drug addicted people standing in front and side of the building. On my visit to Atlantic City I do notice an overwhelming population of the homeless, very sad. Dunkin' you gotta get it together! No reason why the team should be that confused on taking orders and getting them right.
We've eaten there 3 times. The 1st time I had meatloaf and it was fantastic. The 2nd time I had the chicken milanase and it was burnt, dry with no flavor. Last week I had the 7 pepper steak salad and it was delicious. Inconsistency seems to be the current theme.
out of all the DD's i go to, this is my favorite one. The drive thru is quick, inside is always backed up though. A lot of different employees, none seem to stay long. Outside of those two con's, the rest still keeps them at 5 stars. Good coffee and food, never burnt or stale.
