Went on 6/24 around 12:50 PM. Staff was great and friendly. They were quick at handling our big order. Dropped my drink by accident and they were really nice about picking up the mess even though we offered to pick it up. Will definitely come back when I’m out of town again.
I love ordering ahead and grabbing my drinks. Fast, friendly, order is always right, and cheaper than other nearby coffee places... they have not given me a reason to complain.
Excellent place to go for breakfast and donuts. Drinks also. Keep up the good work. Very pleasant employees.
The girl who was the manager at the time when we went in to the Delevan, WI location was extremely rude and negative to her employees. Poor managerial skills all around. As someone who is a manager and has been for almost 10 years, the employees don't deserve to be treated like that.
Cheaper than Starbucks. Had a medium midnight coffee with free mocha. Starbucks raised prices again and on the app states they are unable to stock some items.
Took forever & got my order wrong. So these are the people that want more $? Maybe they should actually work for it. So sick of incompetent people.
Bavarian cream is not Boston cream! For a doughnut store you should not tell me the term is interchangeable! I also got at least one old doughnut on 2 of my last 3 trips. It seems like a lot of turnover. Too bad I used to love Dunkin.
