Love love love this place to go at least once a day
When things are made properly it is amazing... But most of the time it seems thrown together and sloppy... Drinks with sugar are not stirred... which really impacts the products negatively.
Morning Rush was nuts. The employees were hustling but they did forget our bagel. I waited 10 minutes before I went to the counter. They rushed it and 3 minutes it arrived. Pleased.
Typically good but don't be in a hurry. Also, check your food and beverages for adequacy prior to leaving both the store and the drive thru. They try but the demand at this particular location is just too much for them sometimes. Another location is very much needed!
Slowest service ever. I am always waiting for my order at this location. My most recent visit, I placed a To Go order through the app at 12:57. At 1:10 I was finally leaving with my single large coffee. No explanation as to why my order was taking so long was given. So frustrating.
Food was hot. Hot chocolate was hot. Kids enjoyed the donuts. Breakfast sandwich was good as well, however, it didn't stay hot from the time to go from store to home but it is only 5 degrees outside.
The drinks are good, personally some times the drinks taste can vary depending on who makes them, but they're still good regardless. Love the frozen hot chocolate
