New, clean, and trendy. Pretty quick service. Decent coffee. A bit on the pricy side, but for an occasional treat it's okay.
I have been twice with my son. Both times to eat in...early morning so not busy. Friendly staff and nice donuts however they didn't have the donut flavours we wanted stock not delivered to store. Staff are still finding their feet I believe. Nice clean environment, good coffee. We will return.
What an absolute let down! Placed our order and had to wait about half an hour for our order...which was wrong! Asked for a napkin only to be told they had run out. The car park is way too small with only 8 spaces, only one toilet cubicle so had to queue for that as well. Desperate need for a sign telling people which door to go in and out of the building as people kept coming in the exit. The server doing the donuts changed gloves for each order which really slowed him down, they could use tongues for each different type of donut which would really speed things up. Positives points are that the decor is bright and eye catching and the coffee was good. Sadly I don't think I'll be going back.
Really pleased with our drinks and donuts. Very busy as newly opened but staff friendly. No cleaning around tables seems to happen so on our second visit late afternoon tables and floors were covered in crumbs, chocolate etc. Would be great to see this improve and the new team find their flow and settle into their roles.
The doughnut don’t really differ from site to site, but the drink and service here was good. The staff was polite and friendly and waited for my daughter to slowly pick.
Very Poor Service. Went on a Sunday when the shop was quite empty. Waited at the checkout where the manager was stood. They didn't greet me or acknowledge I was stood ready to order, and progressed to request the assistance of another member of the team to stand and count donuts for him in the display right next to him. I stood for approx. 5 minutes whilst it took 2 people, the staff member and the manager to count donuts. I asked the manager if I could be served and again without acknowledgement he order another member of staff to take my order and walked off. My order was taken for 3 donuts and a single coffee, and a receipt given with an order number. Whilst I waited , the Staff member asked me again to repeat my order as they had forgotten what donuts I had ordered, despite this being on a receipt and their order display. After a further wait of around 10 minutes my donuts were passed to me, but no coffee. A further 5 minute wait and my single coffee was provided. This is not the customer service that would be expected from a Dunkin' that only sells donuts and coffee, it is not as though they have a breakfast menu or other items you would expect to find in Dunkin.
Awful experience! Went on Saturday and the machine to make drinks was broke so had to turn around thankfully didn’t get stuck in the queue this time! Came back on Sunday, entered the drive through just to be told they’ve ran out of maple signature seasonal drinks!. Figured it would be quick to just drive through but nope! Stuck behind a car in front for 20 mins who only ordered 3 ICED drinks and some donuts. To top off the slow service, one staff member was walking around the car park eating as another stood outside the door eating. Ridiculous to say it’s launch week for this branch!!
Empty on a Sat....not last 2023. The app doesn't work well....loaded it again 3 times after got my food to find I should have had a free donut and drink.Food: 4/5
