There is no convenience ordering from this particular Dunkin’ Donuts the order was not fulfilled and I was left standing there with no help no assistance no apology no nothing. This is not a place for convenience. I stated how frustrating it is to not have an order fulfilled and she invited me to leave and stated that I was being rude. Unpleasant perhaps. No donut is worth dealing with incompetence and indifference. Clinton is a wonderful town but this place is disqualified. Many other places nearby to buy wonderful pastries.
Great hot chocolate. Friendly over worked cashiers that made the wait a bit longer than it should have been. Terrible parking if you want to go inside. Especially the handicapped parking, when it's time to leave you have to back up almost into the drive thru line and wait for everyone in the drive thru to go first.Food: 5/5
25 mins in drive thru, layout is terrible, there were cars on the street and vehicles that could not exit the line. My order was wrong so I drove around and entered the store. I was the only person in the store and there were 3 worker looked like one training and I waited 5 minutes after addressing that I had already waited in line. Employee “ ma’am, we are short staffed, the manager is here, do you want to speak w him?” Me: “No, would like my order.” Employee “Then chill.” Real nice.
If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Every time I think I’ll give this place another chance they either are rude or mess up my coffee, again. They make the coffee how THEY want to make it and not how you ask. Then when you point out that it’s not made how you asked and ask them to add more sugar or crème they have an attitude. It’s always my coffee has no sugar, or no crème. Go else where for your coffee, stopping here isn’t worth it. If I had one, I wouldn’t direct my worst enemy to go here even.
I can say hands down that this is one of the worst places to go in Clinton for coffee or food. Staff is horrible but the biggest issue is MANAGEMENT. They do not take time to train employes. They dont care about you and will litterally tell there staff to "Go Kill themselves" Yes Jim the store manager here has told hims employes to kill themselves not once but several times. Lots of the staff also smokes weed during there shift.
Very rude staff at the drive through window, wasn't even done ordering and says okay your total is so and so drive on up and we go we weren't done ordering, kid at the window goes you and finish at the window. So i left my order there and they can deal with it. Absolutely should not have to finish my order at the window when theu weren't busy. Won't return again.
I don't even know why I bother anymore. I got a latte and I understand a little foam but my cup is half empty
I always enjoy my visit to Dunkins,the staff are always friendly and handles my order quickly. I like the fact that my coffee is hot and the donuts are done to perfection. Which is something other places do not do consistently. It is always nice that they remember you as a regular customer.
Horrific, gave this location numerous chances again and again, only went like once a week at that. Today I waited 20 mins for my order, was 1 of 2 cars in line, and the workers were rude. To top it off they literally sold me a watered down coffee with tea bags in it, and cream cheese bagels completely covered. Not even close to my order, Worst experience of my life...
It was packed and they ran out of food! We practically just walked in and turned around and walked out! Parking: The parking was a mess people just put their car in park wherever they felt like it and it blocked other cars from getting around.
