Dunkin'

we went to dunkin today and i ordered the blood orange refresher… they handed it to us and it was full of ice and half full of the drink. we asked if they could fill it up more and they ended up adding more ice not the drink. the workers were extremely rude. very frustrating.

Ordered online. Specified pumpkin donuts, but they were out. Ended up my selection of 12 was mostly plain cake donuts. Blended coffee was bitter and watery. No way I'm going back. I'd take store bought over a brand store which used to be great.

The food is so inconsistent-ordered a bagel and cream cheese and there was barely any cream cheese on it. Frustrating as this is not the first time this has happened.

Trip 1 - Ordered online, picked up in the drive-thru. All of the food was wrong; donuts and sandwich. Went in, employee said they were out of stuff, so just randomly substituted, hoping we wouldn't say anything. Trip 2 - Extremely short-staffed and rude. Manager snapped at us for coming in. Said he'd tried locking the door, but yet there was no sign up. Might need to try hiring people if you can't find more than 2 people to work on a Sunday morning. Or just run your customers off.

Ordered ahead on Saturday early afternoon while out on a walk in during COVID-19 silly me, but haven’t been in the actual building, so thought they may have a counter for pick up, only to be greeted by a drive-thru only signs! Kate, the shift manager, made sure we were still taken care of and even gave us some extra munchkins and hash browns! Will never not say how awesome of an addition Dunkin and their employees have been to Chaska! Thanks Dunkin’ for making another day in quarantine that much more bearable

Waited a long time for Dunkin Donuts near Eden Prairie area and it is worth the wait.! I had to give 4 star as I ordered a cappuccino and that was cold but I ordered a hot one.. the staff was very kind I spoke with as he replaced with the hot cappuccino.! I even ordered 1/2 dozen of donuts and half of them were Boston Creme my fav one and hash browns and iced cold brew all of them were good

Donuts are good, service is good. Parking lot/drive thru is poorly designed. Coffee is pretty meh... Very fake taste to most of their drinks.Food: 3/5

Rude service on 2/28/23 at 5:29pm by the presumed night manager of the Chaska, MN location. We sat down, got all of our doughnuts purchased and divvied up for our family to eat and were kicked out because they said the lobby was closed.nowhere was this posted Nobody could've mentioned that BEFORE we got the kids all settled!?

Didn't even make it through the drive through and I was done with this place. What I asked for wasn't available, asked for a moment to pick something else then when I ordered a drink it took over a minute for them to respond.

Iced coffee was good, not as bitter as other DD's. However, when requesting assorted donuts--don't. Asked for six assorted, only request was for one pink sprinkled for my young boy. One dry, one broken, one supposed-sprinkles, one cruller not a real donut!, one caramel but not good. Not a glazed or Boston Cream in sight. Next time, I go in and pick my own!
