Dunkin Dunkin.. what can I say The atmosphere is a bit gray Very slow moving in the drive-thru It's like 1 order at a time, as the staff is very few! Now, you're a corporate chain, but your pay is a stain On the economy, I'm just speaking of where your employment could be. Raise the bar , give more pay I'm sure you'll have more employees at the end of the day. Don't get me wrong, the food and drinks are great Their frozen coffee is my bait No gluten free donuts yet Gotta get it together before customers get upset As gluten free is roaring the country You can afford this, trust me!
This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and having lived and worked in New England I've been to many. The store is constantly either understaffed or the staff is not being managed properly as there is always a long wait time regardless of time of day or customer volume. I have given this store repeated opportunities to prove to me that they are worth my time since they are the only Dunkin close to home, but consistently every other time I visit my order is wrong. It is literally the same order every time and we use the mobile app to order, so there is a name attached to the order, so it is prepared incorrectly. A Large hot coffee 3 cream 3 sugar, and a Large hot caramel swirl 4 and 4, and the sugar is repeatedly omitted from the order. It's not a very complicated order. We've complained numerous times to no avail.
I don’t normally order sandwiches from here but I did today and this is what I got. I did not check when I left because I didn’t anticipate getting this POS. I am very disappointed- probably more so than I have been in a while. Please let your people know they should have pride in what they serve - this is just sad.
I’ve given them several chances but the service gets worse. Orders being messed up, long wait times, undercooked food. Their service is deplorable and the staff for the most part, is unfriendly. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I waited in the drive thru line for nearly 30 minutes. Got half way through my order before she told me they had no English muffins and I had to repeat my order. Then, had to repeat it for a third time. I was speaking loud and clearly. The girl asks for the order but doesn’t put it in right away, asking for you to repeat. The sandwiches weren’t cooked like I asked, three times. I ordered four bakers choice donuts with vanilla frosting….this is what I got instead. Save yourself the time and trouble and drive to the one in Sandusky.
We got our donuts fast but took 10 mins to get out bacon. Drive thru always seems to get the food faster than indoor customersFood: 5/5
My drink order was wrong but I said it was fine then they gave me half my food order when I called to get a refund I was told they couldn't refund a card over the phone I went back said I'd just get what was missing. The line was long and the inside wasn't open I called twice when I went back no answer. Honestly who wants to wait in a long line again for a mistake they made.
The ‘’manager’’ Margarett Jensen is terrible and rude. Told a customer to never come back, degrades people too. She isn’t a people person and seems to bring her home life to work and bleed her unhappiness on others!!!!!!!!!!!
I don’t post reviews very often at all, but Dunkin’ corporate should be ashamed of this location in Norwalk, OH. When I got in line at this drive-thru, I was 3 cars from the speaker. At the Dunkin by my home, this would have meant 5 mins tops to get my order and drive away. Here it was easily 20 mins. Put my car in park a couple times. When I finally placed my order, the young lady repeated it to me and it was absolutely correct. When I got to the window, a young lady asked what I ordered shouldn’t she know?, was very confused, looked inside several boxes, and then handed me a dozen. I pulled away but decided I should check, and it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I parked and took it in, and they “corrected” it by handing me another dozen, but not what I ordered. This went on a few times, each time asking what I ordered and each time handing me something different. If I didn’t need my order, I would have asked for my money back and left. The donuts were finally right, but only half glazed. I had to go back the next day and get the same order, and it was still a slow drive-thru, they got my order right the first time, but still only half glazed. It’s like they lightly brush the tops. I’m adding a pic of the side and bottom of a sour cream donut. The glazed and glazed blueberry were the same. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I can’t possibly in good conscience go back to this location, but I hope someone takes a hard look at it. Norwalk deserves better. Or another good option.
This place is so slow. They just took 20 minutes to do one order and hadn’t taken any one else’s order. They are understaffed, overworked, underpaid, and don’t know how to do their job. The staff is not the friendliest and they do not ensure that the products they give are of good quality before they give it out. They also commonly mess up orders. It seems that they have one person working right now. Taking orders one at a time. Small orders should not take 15 minutes to complete. It should not take more than 5-10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. However, I was in line for 45 minutes taking up my entire lunch break when I was only third in line behind people who had short orders. I understand staff changes can be difficult to adapt but it has been like this for a few months now. Disappointing.
I have visited this place 3 different times and they have been out of donuts!!! This morning at 10 Am waited in line 10 minutes for them to tell me they are all out of every donut!! There was a long winding line of cars, there should be a sign “NO DONUTS “ so everyone can be on time for work! Is this really a donut shop???
