This is by far the best dunkin in NYS! The staff is very friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the manager Kat. She always has the order perfect with a smile and the speedy service is exceptional. I literally drive 10 miles out of my way just to have the repeated great service at this location.Food: 5/5
Lets be real for a minute folks, my wife went in for two donuts for me and a coffee like we do on occasion, however today was horrible. Why pay so much for a product that is not baked fresh at location and taste like it's been frozen and then thawed out. I know donuts are trucked in everyday from the warehouse but can you order fresh donuts? Not having customers feel like they just ate something made back in the 80's and pay premium prices.
I stopped here for a large decaf coffee with almond milk my favorite and 2 turkey sausage wake up wraps well done. Both were perfect!Food: 5/5
Extremely busy Saturday morning with 15 cars at the drive through and 8 customers inside. Works were very professional, polite and the service was very good. Food was ready in a reasonable time, especially as busy as it was.Food: 4/5

Probably one of the few Dunkin's that don't "accidentally" put in Splenda instead of Stevia when asking for Stevia. The only ding against this place is the constant long lines and wrapping around the parking lot.

Every single time I go to Dunkin to try to get an Apple Fritter they are out, no matter the time of day. Why not order more of your best selling items. Wouldn't that be good business practiceFood: 3/5
