I’ve really given this store too many chances. I first chalked it up to this location’s newness, but the incorrect orders and carelessness have been consistent ever since. I’m talking forgotten items in two and three-item orders, bagels so drenched in butter they were soggy and dripping, partially smashed donuts placed upside down in the bag… It’s bad. I try to go elsewhere now, but when I do go there I’ve learned to ask for basics and fix them up at home. Here’s a picture of one of the orders I received. I asked for only a toasted multigrain bagel and when I got home I found they had only toasted and burnt? one half. How does this even happen?
Consistently messing up orders. This includes cold food and by cold I mean COLD, missing items while still getting charged for it… etc. The staff besides one girl who I don’t know her name is rude and have zero regard for good customer service. Would not stop to get food or coffee here if it wasn’t for their convenient location.Food: 2/5
I try go to Dunkin Donuts every Friday morning. I get bacon and egg on a plain bagel with extra bacon. The place is excellent.Food: 5/5
This Dunkin is brutal. Consistently slow, messes up orders regularly. I was pumped when this Dunkin opened so close to my home, but it's been long enough to say this isn't just a new Dunkin finding its way and it truly is just poor management. I don't even consider going here anymore -- find a Starbucks or another location.
Waited 10 mins in line with only 2 cars in front of me. Decided to go inside and was greeted by one person actually doing anything, and the rest where huddled up talking about someone’s “baby daddy”Food: 1/5

The location has a friendly staff, great music playing and is always clean. I always use the mobile app. Most of the time the order is perfect - If there is a mix up - they always take care of the problem with a smile - one time I got a free donut :
North of town locale on state route 111 main street The main North/South route through town long hill green area of town. This area is experiencing a Renaissance in new businesses. The indoor space is spacious and comfy, drive thru also available.Food: 5/5
The drive thru here is so horribly slow. They average 1 customer every like 6 or 7 minutes. I just sat in line for 10 mins w only 2 cars in front of me and never moved up once. I ended up pulling out of the line and leaving. If you use the drive thru here make sure you leave enough room between you and the car in front of you so you can pull out and leave when you finally give up on waiting.
One of the staff members, Shirley is amazing! She is warm hearted and kind whenever she helps me. She deserves a raise and given responsibility to train all staff on customer service skills! The rest of the staff that I have interacted with are rude, incompetent and get annoyed when you point out their mistakes. By far the slowest service of any Dunkin I have been to. The management here needs to revamp this whole operations. Its embarrassing and frustrating!
