Pretty good DD. Convenient in and out. However, I don't like their ice, it's not too clear. Food is very good. I really like this Dunkin Shop.  They do have the best coffee and tea.  I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness.  I like the donuts, although I don't have them often.  The muffins are very good, but they don't have some of them all the time.  I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them.  They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old.  They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore.  The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally.  The bagels are not my favorite.  They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy.  They should try to work on that because they always seem stale.  The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad.  I like the new sourdough bread that they have now.  The avocado toast is very good.  I don't like the sundried tomatoes though.  They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people.  I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don't have that all the time now.  They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  I don't like that they changed their rewards program.  It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from.  They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.
This Dunkin has hit rock bottom. Food is cold and tastes like it had been sitting on the shelf for hours The service has definately degraded to almost zero. If you order a coffee or and a fonut and breakfast sandwich, the coffee is delivered to the pick-up window, but you then have to ask for the other items. Three or more people massage one order. Servers truly seem unhappy to work there. My business is going elsewhere.
I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Awesome friendly service. Their black tea is good!Food: 5/5
Every time my family and I come here the manager has a bad attitude , service is bad , no one know how to speak to their customers with out getting irritated , All of my large drinks were half way filled this is not the first time. Lady with the blonde hair is amazing not all of the staff are bad but the management and some of the crew members are nasty with their customers. DO NOT GO HERE you WILL have a bad experience.
Why were my bagel bites literally frozen?? I bit into it, and they were cold so I was like okay maybe there wasn't enough time on the oven, but no. The cream cheese on the inside was frozen, and the outside of the bite was hard as well.
3rd time coming here with zero donuts. Each a different time, each time the kids are let down.

Just your average dunkin, i have going here since i was a little kid, I don’t really go there that often anymore, but it is great.
Pretty good Dunkin’. Nothing too special about it. It’s your average Dunkin’ Donuts but it’s nice. Normally not too packed and they’d follow all the social distancing rules even tho it’s a small store. I’m giving four stars tho because whenever you order coffee the sugar at the bottom is never mixed in. But other than that it’s pretty good would recommend.
Disappointing again and I went inside nothing was right I went through the drive-through to correct it and got home to find out it still wasn’t right I keep giving them other chances and when you call the number of the manager the 718 number he’s very rude rude 4/10/22 And tried to call to tell them it’s still wasn’t right but didn’t answer the phone I let it ring for 20 minutes at least and kept calling back no answer thanks
