I went into the store and washed my hands to find out they had no paper towels to dry my hands or to open the door then they refuse to serve me because I can't wear a mask.I will never go to Dunkin donuts again. What a great way to treat a truck driver that traveled all over the country to keep it moving.
This location is always well maintained and stocked with fresh items. The only reason for 4 stars is that it gets busy and it’s hard to get in and out of. It’d be nice if there was more room inside, but realize that’s easier said than done!
Owner of shop is VERY rude to staff. I had to listen to the owner belittle their staff for making a small mistake that I said was fine. Owner must have anger issues or something. The manager and staff are all very wonderful though and work amazing. They smiled at me and gave me a warm welcome and send off.
We always get good service here and appreciate the care this store is taking during Covid.
It's so savory. Looking forward to coming back with my coworkers. It has a good feel to it.
Dunkin of Wellsboro is my favorite Dunkin. Their donuts are always fresh and often decorated with seasonally appropriate icing, which the kids love. The staff are all friendly, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend stopping by, they have curbside service available too!
Cool location to meet with coworkers. The staff was very friendly and kind. Bring your hunger - portions are generous.
Really nothing but enjoyable experiences here, I'll be back. The bill was reasonable. I can see why they have so many great reviews.
