Dunkin' Donuts

Great coffee! Bad service! Their menu changed from summer to fall but their signs did not change, so when I went to order the Smores iced coffee, the girl was very rude and told me they didn't have that anymore. I told her it was still on the drive thru sign and she told me that too bad, I couldn't order it. When I asked what flavors had replaced it, she said that if I didn't know what was on the menu I needed to come in. It was pretty rude.

I get coffee here 5 days a week at 6 am. Drive thru is fast, workers are awesome, very friendly, and coffee is always the great. Even when the drive thru speaker was broke the employees went the extra mile and kept the drivethru as efficient as ever. Great Job guys!

Don't go at peak times. Preference is obviously given to drive thru which is fine but if I've ordered at the counter and am waiting for my food, watching 3-4 cars get theirs before me is very frustrating especially when my order is not very large and contains only 1 small, relatively uncomplicated item. Though well-staffed, is very busy and rushed during these times and I understand the chaos. The people at the registers are kind and polite and pretty quick at getting coffee orders ready for those standing in line. It can be a bit confusing though, asking for a coffee order while behind a register you're not going to use. Having been through the routine before, I knew I was going to pay at the second register, but many people tried to pay to girl getting the coffee started... But that just me being picky. Overall, I'll still go to this store if it's on my way, but I think I'll stick to the drive thru next time. If you're pressed for time or grow impatient easily, try one of the other two stores in town at a peak time or day. If you're not in a hurry and/or don't get mad at people trying to do their jobs the best they can, this one is great. :)
