They've been through a fair amount of staff in the last few years and now all I see are youngins. That's not necessarily a bad thing. In any case, during their training, they should go over basic customer service skills like smiling and paying attention to the customer they're working with. At least they get my drink order right.

They're usually pretty busy so service is a little slow sometimes. Give yourself some extra time to wait and make sure you got the right order!
