Dunkin' Donuts

They recently remodeled. The place looks great. Lots more space for waiting customers. However, no tables, no public bathroom. If thats how they are going to do business, they should close off that area to make it a To-Go only. Food was good and customer service was good as well. The cold brew tap handles gave it a bar feel. Looks nice, just different for a coffee place.

High turnover rate can make waiting for service/food & drinks a little frustrating but very understandable having always to train new workers to do a fast paced job. Props to the few employees that actually stick with it there all the stress that comes from impatient customers etc y'all keep working hard and keep smiling your appreciated ...new employees as well! Thank you for making everyone's day better by staying positive through the hectic chaos!

Staff were particularly rude and disrespectful to customers inside. Asked to go to the bathroom and the lady denied me and told me to order first. The first time iv had this happen before Took awhile for my simple order but they just couldn’t get it right. Would have put a 1 but at-least I got my food. Overall im very disappointed at the staff its really upsetting!

Guy making our drinks was cracked out of his mind. He took forever and completely messed up my drink. This caramel frappe taste like bitter dog piss. Do better.

Ever since their remodel their food has been TRASH there’s no filling in the filled donuts anymore, the glaze on the donuts leaves them feeling just wet and sweaty, I just ordered a seasonal pumpkin muffin and it had none of the toppings on it. Will make the drive to Lyndon from now on.
