Dunkin' Donuts

Workers are nice. great selection of donuts and Food. Coffee tastes horribly burnt. You could get a iced french vanilla or iced mocha and all you taste is burnt coffee grounds.. barely any flavor at all can be tasted over the burnt coffee grounds.. not quite sure what the problem is but anytime I try their coffee just to see if it's improved I end up throwing it out after 2 sips management needs to look at this.. I have probably tried this place 15 times in the last 3 months If anything improves I'll change my review

I had a three star rating and now dropped it down to one. I'll give it a one because in the end you at least get something for breakfast. It may not be what you ordered, but it's something. I ask for a NOT toasted bagel, and it's toasted. I don't specify, and it's toasted. Can someone tell me how I'm able to order a not toasted bagel. Oh and can anyone tell me what rhymes with butter? Apparently it's cream cheese. They must sound similar over their headsets. (FYI, it's not even that busy at 4:45am)

The staff here is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about their food products. The place itself is very clean and well-lit. Great variety of hot foods as well as delicious donuts. Be careful when asking for cream with your coffee, because you will definitely get a lot of cream. I won't make that mistake again. And they have an excellent cappuccino. I personally find their regular House Coffee to be on the light side so I usually order a cappuccino. Love the fact they are open 24 hours.

Good food and coffee for a DD, but seriously get someone else on drive-thru. Every single time Ive gone here, I get the most curt and rude person dealing with my order. I'm not gonna pretend that food service in the morning isnt tough, but if you cant even fake enthusiasm for other people's sake, ypur skills loe elsewhere.
