Dunkin' Donuts

If I wrote this review a few years ago I would have given them less than one star. The workers were awful and the orders always came out wrong. They’ve really changed on the last year. I use mobile ordering and pick up through the drive through. The staff is super friendly and efficient. And my order is always correct.

The staff is so polite, the lounge is nice and spacious. My only problem is at times it gets too busy and my order specifics will be forgotten, but they always fix it without an issue.

Morning service is very efficient, even though it is busy I get what I order. Other times of the day and weekends the orders are not as accurate. I get the wrong size, or other issue and employees are rude when it is pointed out. There is another coffee/donut chain down the hill that I will start visiting more often.

This is the first good cup of coffee have gotten out of this particular building I did order a grilled cheese with ham one day and after I took off down the highway and all it had on it was was cheese for $6!

What better way to start your day then at Dunkin Donuts on Moosic Street they're the best awesome cashiers and great service thanks girls you know who you are. Thank you for making my day so special everyday.
