Dunkin' Donuts

I LOVE THE coffee! It always seems to be fresh and hot. Also a variety of breakfast foods and some lunch/dinner choices. Many choices for donuts also! My favorite?.....peanut butter creme...mmmmm 😊

Oh my goodness they were so bad it makes me laugh, literally it's that bad. They never know how to make a vanilla chai or a simple coffee. I never thought light and sweet was complicated, but for them it is so I've started saying 5 and 5 for a medium in hopes they won't mess it up. Nope they still do. Oh one of my favorites are their sad attempts to make smoothies. They're either more like a snow cone, or just mostly melted liquid. Never ask for whipped cream either 8/10 will forget. Oh my gosh and don't get me started about the months they didn't even have an ordering machine and you had to order at the window. They recently finally fixed it but you still have to scream into it so they can hear you and you have to scream very slowly for them. Don't get me wrong they do have good days rarely, but for the most part it's just laughable, and not to forget rude service.

Great people, depending on the day and who's working. Managers are nice and pleasant as well as the new shift leader! Couple of mess ups here and there but who doesn't have them? I give a thumbs up!

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line until I remembered there was a Tim Hortons across the street.

My God! I wanted to puke. I probably will. Walked in with the wife and 2 little girls. They all needed restrooms. Never have I seen a line at a Dunkin before today. With nobody in the store, this was odd. Turns out the ladies room wasn't working. We found out from the punk rock girl DnD employee who was in there trying to fix it. Plunger and all. Heads read behind the counter and goes back to work. Only God knows if she ever touched soap and water. Probably doesn't matter, since at the order counter I watched a woman who was working the prep table come over to the bagel rack, form a pouch with her apron, and start collecting bagels in the pouch to take back to the table. I looked at the other aprons, and they were all covered in the days work. Most disgusting place ever
