These ladies and gentlemen at the Pulaski DD are awesome I love going in and having conversations. I'm a chatty Cathy and they just join right in and always have a smile on their face. I appreciate them. I go in literally everydayFood: 5/5
I should have stayed away, I stopped ordering from here because orders were always wrong. I thought I'd give it another chance and should have just saved myself the money and frustration. Confirmed twice after ordering to make sure they had it correct and it was still wrong. If you have allergies stay away from here.
The customer service was great. When I had trouble with the DD app the person behind the counter handled everything without a problem and was willing to work with me and the app to find out what was wrong. Willing to go there again.
Staff was pretty friendly. Ample parking if you happen to be hauling a camper or any type of trailer. Service was pretty fast too. I’ve got a nice little cozy area if you’re looking to just sit and relax for a minute.
UPDATED last few visits much improved. No problems.. 1st visit ordered tea.... got coffee because they had no tea. Threw coffee away 1 block later. I would of opted for nothing. No chose and no substitution of my chose which would of been the way to handle it. Seriously WHY I understand workers are hard to find but so is my hard earned money I got to throw out the window
Every time I think that this time it will be better I get disappointed. Their Doughnuts are just not good. Go up the road to Good Things Doughnuts insteadFood: 1/5
Rude man looking tattoo lady gave me attitude when ordering and then made my drink wrong and THEN I ask for straw, just give me a dirty look and gave it to me.
They've never gotten my drink wrong!Food: 5/5
I went to get a matcha latte with less ice and the blond guy serving was entirely rude. Put so much ice in my drink I couldn’t put the straw in. I went back through and showed him the drink and receipt and he was very angry, then left with him saying “have fun”
Dam near out of donuts..... if it's half the name you shouldn't be out I don't care what time it is.....Food: 4/5
