I'm from Massachusetts and if any corporate people were to experience this franchise location, they'd shut it down. These owners obviously could not afford the frozen drink blender. To say that no new stores are given blenders is flat out a lie. Next, they add hardly any espresso into their drinks. They're almost all milk. If I wanted coffee milk, I'd go to Rhode Island. The donuts are old. The service is astonishing. Avoid this place.
Let's just say, how could they have known? On Thursday March 23rd about 8:30am, I went through the drive through in Plymouth, MN where the 'ol Dunn Bros used to be near the Lowes off Vicksburg Lane. Service was super friendly and quick. The sweet lady/girl was all smiles and gave me a card to download the app. I received my sandwich and tots when a fellow behind her asked if I would like a water. I had no cupholder available. So he hands me an orange juice in a bottle, which I was so grateful for. Now please don't get this nice man in trouble for giving away a beverage. He may have paid for it or maybe he just sensed I needed one. But this gesture went a looonnnggg way. This team had no idea how they made my day. I smiled all the whole trip to an appointment. Had they known the days before or ahead I was dealing with. Well, they didn't. And they still showed care and kindness and smiled the whole time. Thank you, Dunkin team, just thank you.
How can I say that I am beyond excited that I go out of town and run into a Dunkin' Donuts!? stoked. unlike my cashier but, hey, it's early. Coffee was a bit strong and so was the dragon fruit refresher.. but thee donuts are on point!
We used the drive thru to order. It looked like a long line but they were really fast. Parking could be limited but the location is ideal. Right off hwy 55. Staff processed our order correctly and the cashier was courteous and helpful.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: Yes
I guess my memories of the place were better than reality. If one prefers the more cake-like donuts, this is the place. Nice people work there.Food: 3/5
Quick service through the drive through. Coffee is decent, not the best but not the worst. Donuts are pretty straightforward, nothing too fancy but not bad. Price is good.Food: 3/5
**Update edit: This location has gone downhill quickly. Last four times incl today, they aren't able to get a coffee order right. Coffee with cream and sweet & low...cannot get it right. Having grown up and lived in Mass and my parents even owning a Dunks, this is the best one I've ever experienced. Service level is very high. Drive-thru is efficient, food is fresh-tasting, and coffee is great. So happy to have one nearby now!
The floor inside the store was wet and slippery, I told the girl, and she just moved her shoulders, said I know, and did nothing . Took my order like a robot. I almost felt on my way out, and she didn't care.Food: 4/5
Terrible customer service. I’m not even sure why they are open they never have donuts after 2:00. Plus the staff is not friendly and border line rude.
Staff are nice, but unfortunately the doughnuts are terrible. The local grocery stores are much better. Even gas station doughnuts are better!Food: 1/5
