Writing for a friend who came through today. Service, coffee and doughnuts were just fine. It was the lack of employees wearing masks that gave they wanted to give lower review. Please keep others safe by being safe.
The store looks new, and is very clean. The food always tastes very good, and the donuts are always fresh. The only downside is that customer service is pretty slow. It takes a while to get service when you go inside, and once you get an employee to notice you, it takes even longer to get your order.
Bread was stale, which you can get over. But then 7-8 hours later I have food poisoning... Another 3 hours later, I’m able to write this review. Highly, do not recommend.

Always super quick with my order and the 3-4 different people I see every morning are always super friendly. I'd give em 4 stars for not being able to scan my rewards ID one time but that's just mean
I like dunkin donuts, I like their coffee but will grab it at a gas station over this dunkin donuts. The best thing I can say is that their customer service usually isn't horrible. They don't ever seem to have any food item in stock and chances are your coffee will be cold.
Ok place. Friendly people. I just don't like that Dunkin does not offer soy options and also that they use Styrofoam cups... need to do paper.
