The staff are kind and friendly and they keep you updated about your appointments, Dr. Chaudry is very nice and I dont have any problem visiting this clinic at all, I can highly recommend this clinic. I have notice some of the bad reviews but so far I only experienced good service in my multiple visit here..there's one who wrote a review here I was there and he is the one whose rude when the receptionist say must wear a mask, he screamed and curse the receptionist .well before you make an appointment and its written big and boldly that is required to wear a mask. is it difficult to follow?it is for your own safety dude..
I've only had great care here. Better than my G.P. at the time by a long shot: a doc there insisted on me following-up with a dermatologist, totally unrelated to my reason for being there. It caught pre-cancerous lesions my G.P. had refused me any referral for. I'm puzzled by all these bad reviews.
There's a new lady at the front desk. Rude and doesn't know much about health care. I, myself, am a nurse and watched her tell me that the form I needed signed, was something completely different and had to pay 100 dollars...also reported to be rude with my fiance, found out when he described her to me as I was venting. Since she's been there the phone goes unanswered very often. I would give this place a 1 star if it wasn't for the MD that I'm seeing. She is wonderful, however I haven't been able to get a hold of her, since phone calls are not going through or are not answered.
The med staff physicians is efficient and focused. But the receptionists are consistently RUDE, DISMISSIVE, COMPLAINING, and frequently OUT-OF-THEIR-DEPTH. Yes, Medical receptionists do not have much education, they are harried and under pressure, but complaining about the job/patients/doctors in front of the patients in the waiting room is very bad form. And talking about their DATES where we all have to listen, is embarrassing. The clinic owners need to invest in older, calmer, WISER receptionists.
Excellent reception. Outstanding Doctor. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much. Rolie
Wait 30 minutes for some one to come out but no body was there
First of all the place is really dirty especially the rooms. the doctor is very unprofessional and rude. He doesn’t listen to his patient concerns and symptoms. Doesn’t know what he is doing and has dry little knowledge when it comes to the medical field. This doctor is way too old and should retire. It really hurts to see patients leaving without any treatments regarding their symptoms and the issues they’re facing. We are taking time out of our lives to see a doctor and the doctor should listen and make sure the patient leaves happy and content. This is honestly the worst clinic I’ve been to. I really hope this helped anyone who wants to see a doctor. Just see a different one. I do not recommend this doctor at all. Trust me I went to this doctor and he was just really bad.
Absolutely terrible service and awful receptionist. I’m visiting from out of province and the receptionist made multiple errors on my receipt and swore at me when I asked for a corrected version. Avoid if you can.
I’m honestly shocked by the incompetence. This clinic was recommended to me for my specific issue when I called Hamilton Public Health to inquire about where to go, but I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a health professional in my life. The first time I visited seemed okay, the issue I had required a test. The clinic called me a few days later and said they mishandled my test and accidentally lost or ruined it, so I had to come back for a second test. When I came back for a second test, everyone at the clinic acted like they had amnesia and nobody knew why I was there even though THEY called ME. When I saw a doctor, she refused to do a second test and acted like it was unnecessary, once again, even though THEY called ME for the test. Then she went on to tell me super dangerous misinformation about my issue. When I tried to tell the doctor that I didn’t think the information was right, she suggested we just “Google it” together right there in the office instead of doing the test they called me for, and just look at pictures instead of examining my actual issue. I’m not joking. I was so shocked, as you can imagine by this point my heart was racing and I got really upset. I said something along the lines of, “Excuse me aren’t you the doctor here? I could just Google my problem at home.” The doctor then treated me like I was some dangerous, irate crazy person, acted like I was 10x more upset than I actually was, and basically said calm down or leave. I have never been treated like this by a health professional, ever. I was so humiliated I literally ran out of there in tears. They treated me like this after THEY CALLED ME AND ASKED ME TO COME IN. For your own health and safety please don’t go here. Be very very cautious about anything they tell you. Get a second opinion. Don’t let them treat you like you’re just being crazy. **update - I have since gotten a second opinion by calling Hamilton Public Health, and they confirmed that the information I was given at Dundurn Medical Centre was false. Something like an old wives tale with no scientific basis. Like I said, please be very cautious about what you’re told by doctors here.
Awful service from staff/owner. Will not correct their mistakes unless you pay more. Avoid at all cost.
