Great staff! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Sandy and the reception team are very flexible and professional when it comes to appointment, follow up and dealing with the insurance company. Dr. Moe is very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend Dundas Dental Care and Dr. Moe to anyone looking for a very skilled dentist, who really has his patients' best interest at heart! The quality of care is always beyond amazing! No wonder so many of his patients love him. Also, his office is very modern, super clean and nice!

I joined my husband and daughter in attending Dundas Dental Care some five years ago. I have been very satisfied with the care and professionalism of the entire staff. It’s very important to establish a level of trust and I have noted the thoroughness in explanation before work is performed. It has put me at ease and I have been far more regular in my cleanings and check-ups as a result of each preceding visit. I would recommend this practice to any age and gender.

From the minute I walked in the clinic, Sandi greeted me and my children and went above & beyond to make sure they were comfortable for their 1st dentist visit ever, Kelly cleaned my teeth all the while explaining the steps, Dr. Lamiaa and Dr. Mo addressed my filling & my children's teeth with professional care. I left my children in Sandi's company while getting my teeth worked on and was surprised to hear how happy my daughter and son were with their experience (they are a handful!). Super service from a caring & genuine staff, strongly recommend.

Some time ago I was disappointed to receive the news that my dentist and dear friend, Dr. John Pepper, was to sell his dental practice in Dundas and retire. He assured me that I would be pleased with his choice of the many potential purchasers and that some of his staff would remain with the business, in particular, Sandi and Jan. I am not opposed to change and entered the "sold" premises with an open mind. Of course, Sandi still greeted me when I walked through the door and Jan managed to keep my teeth clean even though my dental hygiene leaves something to be desired. The similarities ended there. I had no idea at the time that I would strike up such a wonderful relationship with Dr. Mo and his extensive staff. I don't think that "customer service" or "bedside manner" aptly describe the atmosphere in Dr. Mo's office. It is more a feeling of stepping inside the home of a happy family. Everyone there is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to make patients feel relaxed and comfortable. I strongly recommend to any and all that they give Dr. Mo and his competent staff a chance to address their needs with his advanced techniques and personable demeanour. You won't regret it ... ever!

I was visiting in Dundas and needed to have a filling attended to and chose Dundas Dental Care based on the reviews. I was not disappointed at all. They are all very professional and give fantastic care. I have now been there three different times and each time I like them more. I have seen Dr. Lamiaa each time and I have to say that she is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. She takes the time to explain the issues and also gives a very thorough exam. I am very happy with her dentistry work as I was worried about how it would look, and she did an excellent job. I will have her do all my dental work from now on.
