I had to take my cat here on a few occasions, and I must say, the staff are amazing! Every person was understanding and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on at all times. I highly recommend bringing your pets here!!
Amazing Vet and Staff, compassionate, thorough and patient. They looked after us and our dog with love and care. Can't say enough about Dr. Middleton. He has built a great team.
They've been taking care of our pets for almost 3 decades with utmost compassion, you can tell they really love animals.
Have been taking our cats here since we adopted them. They are now 14 years old. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. I have nothing negative to say. The vets are always great, knowledgeable and our cats get great care.
Dr foster has been my family vet for over 17 years now. When he joined the practice I was a little worried what would happen until I met his colleague dr Middleton. Both vets have always been kind and compassionate and I have always felt only wanted what was best for my fur babies. Not to mention the incredible an patient desk staff and vet techs who talked me down during a few last minute medication calls where I was at fault for not ordering ahead enough. My 16 1/2 year old dog skittles had to cross the rainbow bridge recently and when we chose a visiting vet to ensure the best end they were completely understanding and even made a donation in the name of my sweet girl after the fact. If you’re willing to go to the ends for you pet these doctors, techs and reception staff that will help you do what’s best for your pet
We had to make an emergency appointment this morning to put down our furry friend and couldn’t have been more relieved with the experience. From calling and getting an appointment, to the professionalism and care from the staff, it made the day just a little bit easier for us. I cannot thank Dr. Foster and the team and DAH enough for their kindness during our difficult time.
Today, we are switching the veterinary care of our three pets to another location, after 16 years. We've never been happy with your customer service, but our experience today has caused us to finally stop bringing our pets to you. Example: Your receptionist answers your phones with "hello" - really? You ARE business, aren't you? Each time, we must ask, "Is this Dundas Animal Hospital?". That was the straw that broke the camel's back. Your staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and unprofessional. From zero parking availability, to substandard customer service, we're finally done with you. If you're wondering why your patient numbers are falling, look no further than your staff.
Very thorough, friendly and caring staff. Prices were very good and we have now found our new Vet.
Staff is very compassionate when they are euthanizing a pet. Excellent care here.
Dr Dudley is amazing. She’s one of very few people my shy/timid GSD is comfortable around. So helpful and really good at explaining everything, and keeping costs low. So friendly, highly recommend seeing her! Update: Dr Middleton is equally as incredible. Dr Dudley has since left this location, but Mr Middleton took over my pets care and has done a fantastic job at keeping them healthy and cross checking every possibility.
