We have been to Dufresne 3 times now. Since before they were Dufresne. We always ask for Steve. He's The Best! Very helpful and very patient when we had a hard time deciding. I can't find enough superlatives to describe him! We'll be going again tomorrow to get out new washer and dryer!

One of the things that left a lasting impression was that Ken did not attempt to sell me something I did not need. He was very friendly and engaging.In addition, he knew the appliances that I was looking at well and explained in detail all their features. I liked his personality and the thing that impressed me the most was his integrity. Two months, later when returning back to the store he remembered me and that I had looked at the LG line. I will come back to Dufresne because of the good service I received from Ken.

I generally do not like or trust sales people as they more often than not try to convince you into spending more money than you want but Ken Dyck, the salesman i was dealing with, was not at all like that and was very helpful in finding what I needed and not at all pushy when I looked at something cheaper. I have dealt with him 3 times now and will do so again. Good job!

Steve, our sales rep, provided us with great customer service! He answered all our questions, and the ones he didn't know the answers to - he quickly got the answers for us!

Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He gave the information needed for us to make a decision on a new mattress and tilting base. The sale was good so it was the right time to buy. I ended up spending more money than anticipated but I think it will be well worth it.
