Dispatcher was really nice. Waiting for a driver was not. Was constantly swapped and receiving texts over and over about different drivers. Went through 5 drivers before calling to cancel. It's faster to walk than call these people. Utterly useless.
I love these cabs but only thing some a dem driver need to take regular shower before they start there shift.... hygiene is a must respect and manners to all ..
Call center needs improvement, but the drivers have always been really nice and I don't typically have to wait too long.
