I ordered flowers for mother’s day and it was going to be delivered the Monday. Despite i’m sure being busy, I got a call sunday with them letting me know they could deliver that day, but the flower order would be a bit different if they did deliver on the Sunday. I agreed and they didn’t disappoint! My dad sent me a photo and the bouquet and it was beautiful and i know my mom also will love it. Thank you for the great customer service and the lovely flowers for my mom!
Terrible customer service I received birthday flowers which were lovely and the next day looked wilted and near dead! I emailed the photos and she apologized and said to bring them in and she would replace with flowers of my choosing. I sent a friend in with the arrangement and she said they are supposed to look like that and sent her away with the dead arrangement! Very poor customer relations. Don’t buy your flowers here you’ll be very disappointed! See photos below! Beware go somewhere else to buy floral arrangements!
They have the prettiest bouquets! The lady who delivers them is so wonderful I love this place 10/10 you would be disappointed

Amazing service!! Customer service was amazing!! I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday but some flowers I picked were unavailable due to cover and they were very quick to contact me and come up with solutions. They were also able to accommodate the delivery time as well to make sure my mother would received them at a time convenient for her!! Over all amazing service and I definitely recommend Dufferin bloom!!

I am very happy with my experience with Dufferin Blooms, I saw what I wanted to order online and called the shop directly to ensure I could get what I wanted. The lady I dealt with was very helpful and my order was far nicer than the picture I saw online. I highly recommend using Dufferin Blooms, she delivered it herself and has very reasonable prices.
The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the customer service was exceptional. Great communication, friendly and personable with speedy delivery. Nancy and Dufferin Blooms have gone above and beyond and I'm extremely grateful!
Dufferin blooms is now my one and only place for any type of vegetation. The owner went above and beyond ensuring the condolence package I purchased was better than the internet photo, she personally called me to clarify an error I made. The knowledgeable staff are amiable, considerate and always helpful. I will be using Dufferin Blooms again in the future. Hopefully my 5 rating encourages other to see just how magnificent everyone at Dufferin Blooms truly are!
I ordered flowers and teddy bear to be delivered to my mother, she has newly moved to Shelburne and I’m glad I found dufferin blooms! Nancy helped me with my order and I’m impressed with the customer service as well as the presentation of the flowers! Nicely wrapped! Thank you! I will be using your business again in the future **edit** I added a photo! The most beautiful arrangement. Also we were shocked how long these flowers stayed alive and fresh! This was a daily deal, florists choice order. Couldn’t be happier.
