I was on my way home and had a tire blow up on my trailer. It was a catastrophic failure, all I could do is make it to the next road to turn off on. I called at 4:55pm with only 5 minutes left in the day.nnThey were happy to wait for me to get there with the rim so they could install a new tire on it.nnThe service was excellant and the price was great too. I will be using Due West Tire in the future for sure.
Many good things to be said of Due West. Their pricing is better than fair, flexible appointment times, and always happy to see you. To put it simply, they treat you like family.
I’ve bought a few set of tires here and had a few rotations and a flat fixed. Always had great, prompt service. When I was looking for tire options they were helpful in narrowing down my options and finding what would work best for my application.
Excellent service at competitive prices.nnBought a set of Radar Dinmax a cheap tire and had problems with vibration, they rebalanced them at no cost more than once and then found that one tire was more out of round than usual, enough so that it would balance out. They offered to order a new set for me, even though it meant they would be out a set of tires, because of the lack of manufacturers warranty on them.nGreat local business with amazing customer service. They do what they need to make customers happy, instead of only being after money.nnI would highly recommend them.
What a great local Company!! Everything was on time , owner spent extra time educating. Very honest hard working crew. Would highly recommend
