Love this store! The owner was very quick to answer my questions and very helpful to help me find a special vaulted figure. They have so much choices and exclusives, and they offer international shipping as well.

Customer service is lacking. I hardly get any responses to my emails. If you are ordering online, I would say you will have a better experience with Boutique Imaginaire. The Pop conditions are always much better and so are the prices.

Received damaged Pop! Duclos says if you tell him you only want mint condition Pops he will contact you before shipping (see his reply to other customer). I mentioned I wanted only mint condition and to cancel the order if they were not mint. He did not contact me and shipped a damaged pop! and is refusing to resolve the issue. Regarding the condition, he wrote to me ".. we never garanty it". Very poor customer service.

I received an extremely damaged Pop (see image below). Duclos Toys says they can not exchange the item because it is no longer in stock. The only thing they could do is give me store credit if I return the item at my expense (return shipping would cost me the price of the Pop). On top of all that, this Dragon Shield Red Ranger is missing the exclusive sticker, most likely an Australian version. Very dissatisfied. **Edit** Duclos Toys is now claiming this is a fake review. Very dishonest.

Definitely the last time I am purchasing from this "store". Service usually starts good with small businesses but as they grow it tends to get worse. If you are a pop collector it's probably best to buy off another collector so you get your items in good condition. If you have an issue with your order you will likely have a hard time trying to resolve it with the owner.
