Love going here for Sunday brunch. Been many times. We enjoy everything from the freshly brewed coffee, the made-to-order omelettes, most delicious croissants, freshly made locally sourced jams, the bacon & sausage, etc. We are warmly welcomed at the front door and have always had excellent service. Can't wait to return!
Had breakfast buffet this morning for a party of 15. It was great food with the staff being so accommodating. Excellent service with nice variety of fresh, hot food as well as nice tray of fresh fruit. Can't say enough about how pleasant it was from the whole group. A definite recommend for this restaurant
Great food, excellent staff and the hostess is super friendly and personable. Love going here for a quiet delicious meal with my wife. I am yet to have a bad experience dining here.
Service was very slow and unprofessional. Took nearly an hour to get our food. Poor quality, burger was burnt, lacked flavour and cold. First and definitely the last time going here. Very dated and tacky decor...unless you enjoy being surrounded my ducks while eating.
This was my first experience at this restaurant and it will also be my last. When we got there, no one greeted us so we sat ourselves. After getting our drinks from a waitress and getting our food from the buffet, we were told by another waitress that we took someone else's table. The waitress then told the other customers that we took their table. We got a great amount of glares and dirty looks from those customers. So after we uncomfortably ate our plates, we were charged roughly $17 a plate, when the flyer on the table said the buffet was about $12. I would not recommend this as a great place to eat. The service is absolutely terrible and I do not support businesses who false advertise.
First and last time here. Was not impressed with service, atmosphere, food or the lack of professionalism. Food took soooo long that I lost my appetite. Was not crowded and yet service took too long. Leaving I was told its either feast or famine. No wonder the business is being sold. I've been to some high end and low end restaurants, this one takes the cake.
This is the second time we have tried to used the coupon from the Windsor Best Seller book and every time when it comes to pay, they do not honor it. This time we asked the waitress what we could or could not order to use the coupon and after reading it, she recommended we get the four course dinners. When it came time to pay, the owner/manager? told us we could not use it. It was their error, but they refused to honour it. We will not go there again and will tell everyone we know not to patronize this establishment.
Nice place but very dated. Never had their regular menu but had there buffet a number if times and found it very lackluster. Events I was invited to Food was cold and not very good. Stale bread and other pastries. Tastes like powdered or fake eggs.
Great food, fantastic service, reasonable price, what's not to like!
The food was excellent the service was terrific and the Mystery Christmas show was very pleasant and exciting, all in all it was a great evening. What helps make it a great evening is the decor of the restaurant and the hospitality of the owners.
