Darcy was exemplary! Showed me exactly the vehicles I was interested in. Never tried to upsell, but always made sure we knew all our options. We drove, I think 6 different cars before finally deciding on one. And we drove away feeling like we won, not wondering if we made a mistake. The staff at Ducharme treated us like we were buying a yacht, not a small car. I'll be back and I'll send my friends that way too.

I’ve been using this ford location since 2018 and unfortunately I don’t think I will be returning. The staff have been friendly and any work I have had done on my vehicle has been good but the wait times have been unacceptable. I travel out of town for all my appointments and always book ahead. The most recent appointment I booked was “not in the system” when I arrived which is stressful for someone who does not live in Bonnyville but I understand mistakes happen. This was resolved as they were still able to take my car in for its routine oil change and tire swap. However the issue I often run into at this location is any appointment I book is often delayed 1-2 hours longer than the estimation given to me at the time of booking, and I never receive updates or an explanation as to why there are large delays during my pre-booked appointments. It should not take 3+ hours for a tire swap on rims and an oil change. I understand things happen, but in my personal experience it’s been consistent and disappointing as a client of 6 years, as I do not feel like my time or loyalty is valued.
Cold Lake Ford was a great dealership to work with. They made it easy to trade in our vehicle with top value. Our sales person Amy was amazing! Amy took the time to get to know my wife and I, figure out our needs and what we were wanting in a new vehicle, and followed through with everything she told us. I highly recommend Amy, and the team at Cold Lake ford!
Booked an appointment for my car. Appointment was at 2pm, dropped the car off at 1 and they asked if I was waiting for it and I said yes I will be waiting around town for it to be done. I called them almost 4 hours later and they told me it hadn’t been looked at because my appointment was for 8am. Why would they not tell me this when I dropped it off IF that was the case? Had my infant with me and we live 45 minutes away so we had to drive home in an overheating car. Will not return as this was the second poor experience with them in a month.
