I have been with this branch for over 25 yrs. These people are remarkable. I travel now 45 minutes each way just to deal with them. They give the absolute best customer for any bank you could ever come across. On top of it, they always pick up their phone!!!

Could not withdraw money today at the Newmarket location. Could do other functions but the withdrawal button was not highlighted. We have lots of $ in the account, but the machine must be out of money. Credit unions continue to demonstrate that they can’t service properly.

I was not happy with the service at this location at all. I'm sad to say because I've been to other DUCA locations and they are much better. The middle-aged lady who served me here was snarky and condescending. I was friendly and kind with my dealings and she treated me with contempt.

Excellent service so much better then any of the major bank been with duca since I was kid absolutely love it Would rather go to duca then anywhere else

very selective about opening business accounts here. Refused to allow a friend to open account for foreign exchange and another friend who is offering western union at his shop stating that they wont open any account for any business dealing with cash transactions??????

Wonderful staff,great service, should have gone here a long time ago. Highly recommend DUCA for banking services.
