Absolutely amazing service and people in the service department
Extremely disappointed with my transaction with them.nFlee the salesman Olivier St-Pierre, he does not respect his commitments and his words.
I wanted to weigh my words, take the time to think and write the right thing.....apart from the fact that you made fun of me and that I am extremely disappointed....I will come back with the explanations .....It's a shame, I have to give one star because zero stars don't exist.
I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Bolt EV photo 2 weeks ago and I was amazed at the cleanliness of the vehicle, it was impeccable both inside and out.nnComing from California, my rustproofing expert told me that the bodywork was like new.nnI was also very well received by the advisor, Mr. Olivier St-Pierre who was most friendly and attentive to me.nHe explained the vehicle to me well and always took the time to answer my questions. I recommend the latter.nnThe only downside on the garage side, despite the inspection certification signed by a technician which indicated that the cabin filter was good, I instead found a blackened filter photo which was never changed with a mouse nest . So the technical inspection seemed to me to have been done a little quickly.nnDespite this, I recommend the vehicle, a little-known gem.nI am still very satisfied with it and believe that it is the best of both worlds, ie: an EV with only a body protected by the hot California sun without calcium and a new battery that has not been affected by this same heat.
