If I could give a lower star I would. I've never waited less than an hour for my scheduled appointment, sitting there reading their *missed or canceled late appointment counter sign* over and over again, maybe people wouldn't miss their appointments If they weren't sitting in the waiting room for hours on end. People should be able to book an appointment, and be able to take just the time off for that appointment, not having to book an entire day because the medical staff have zero respect for their patients. Would love to book appointments in the afternoon, but can't risk not being to get home in time to get my child off the bus. If there was another option I'd gladly take it.
Came here for walk in. The dr who saw me looked in my mouth for not even a second and was told by him to “take a halls” the whole visit took about 30 seconds. Not even 24 hours later Im in the hospital with a severe infection unable to talk or swallow and put on strong antibiotics and pain relievers. Im extremely disappointed in the level of care I received.
After saying yes to the “feeling nauseous” question for covid screening I was made to wait in my car for an hour. Then had to go in the back door, only to wait 2 more hours for a nurse to tell the doctor I was there. Dr.Chetty was as annoyed as I was. The people working today were all super incompetent. I wasn’t even sure if my doctor visit was done so I grabbed my papers off the desk and put my coat on and left. Apparently they stop work at noon on fridays. Total joke of a clinic, go see the guy across the parking lot. The majority of nurses working at the associated physicians of Drumheller are completely useless. And I mean that in the nicest way. Also thanks Dr.Chetty for letting me go pee after 3 hours of waiting.
Did my pregnancy ultrasound here. The obgyn was so great and helpfull. Too bad I forgot to ask her name. The US room is also convinient with the washroom inside.
I despise this place, wait times for walk in are and they wont give you any info what so ever on an estimated time or the amount of people in front of you. The front staff isnt as profssional as they should be. We have gone there quite a few times and have barely ever saw a doctor, tried making appointments but have always been told to call someone else. They messed up on my husbands file saying that he was an 84 year old man, hes 32. They have also forgot that we were even there and passes right over us. The one doctor i did see, dr. Smith, was very nice and i liked her alot.
Waiting and waiting for culture results over a month.. they pass me off to my family doctor different town who tells me the results have been deleted. Thanks associated!
We have had to wait over half hour of every appointment this is ridiculous.
