Was there to give My G License test.nnHad arrived an hour earlier to get rid of the jitters and it also helped watching other drivers take the test and hear their feedback/results.nnLocation is Clean and all the service windows had employees behind them.nnHad a Great experience.nnTo anyone who will be giving their G license exam from this location, it really helps if you know the entire driving route.nnWatch vlogs on YouTube for exposure and understanding.nnGood Luck y'all!
During my written test the employees were gossiping between themselves very loud and was very distracting. During my road test the woman kept trying to grab the steering wheel for absolutely no reason, she reached over and honked the horn at a vehicle parked on the road letting their kids out at a daycare I could have went around but kids are unpredictable and it was morning rush hour She was very impatient and should not be working with people. I recently went in to try and rebook my road test, when I asked the person behind the counter if they could help me they laughed at me. Some of the rudest people I have ever encountered.
Rude & unprofessional staff.nn“Craig” was my in-car tester. He started the drive by informing me that he never does in-car testing, then proceeded to stare out the window for the entire time and then failed me for claiming that I didn’t check my mirrors, a thing he never actually paid attention to.nnAll of my drives are filmed with my in-car camera systems. When I asked to provide the video to DriveTest to prove that the tester didn’t do his job, they told me to leave and that nobody would be willing to review the matter.nnI will be rebooking outside of Kingston.
Instructor expects you to swivel your head every five to ten seconds. When you are supposed pay attention to the road. Also how are you supposed to look left when turning right? Please explain what do you guys expect for a g license? When it sounds like to me you are being very picky because of the person. My husband has been an amazing driving and was even told that by the instructor but yet he didn't get the g because he was turning his head enough? Maybe these instructor need to take lessons themselves. I would love to see how they drive on the road since they want their drivers to be owls and constantly be turning their heads and not pay attention to the road? Ridiculous money grabbing people that obviously do not know how to drive!
I recently took my full G road test at this center. It is conveniently located and easy to find.nMy road test instructor, Brandon, was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and provided clear instructions and feedback.nOverall, I had a great experience and would recommend this center to anyone looking to take their road test.nThank you to “Brandon” and the rest of the team for making my experience a positive one!
