Despite all the negative reviews, I had a good experience with Brampton Hardwood Floors. Kumar was very helpful, arranged for payment over phone and delivery was on time. The product that I received was as described, and the quality is good. All the planks are in good condition as well.
Don't know where to start and where to end. These guys are nothing less than fraud, full of deceit & malpractice, customer service to poorest standards. They show one product and sell/deliver another. They market their own brand of flooring which is of poor quality and lure you away from known brands which they only showcase. My $10,500 were stuck with them for more than 4 months as the sample they showed me was different compared to the original product and they refused to accept it. Finally I filed a complaint with my credit card provider and got the transaction disputed. If anyone is facing issues getting back their money, the best way is to reach out to your credit card company and have the transaction disputed. Joe, their GM is the only sane person who initially made an effort for a resolution. Towards the end they were using delaying tactics, not responding to calls or messages an had me stuck. If it wasn't for my Credit Card company my project would have been delayed. Avoid this company and just read the other reviews.
Buyer beware. When they say they have inventory they may not. Rivalda in Vaughan has just as good pricing. It took me 9 months of constantly calling to finally get my flooring. They held my money, kept saying “we’ll call you back”. This happened a dozen times before I had to literally barricade one of their doors with my trailer to finally get them to acknowledge they owed me the flooring. Originally ordered 10k worth of flooring in Oct 2021, final pickup was July 2022. After 5 trips with my truck and trailer. They never offered to deliver the balance.
Wendy is an absolute angel! She is so well educated on the different types of flooring and which type fits best for your needs. She is very informative and helps you understand the different levels of wood. She has made me feel so comfortable every single time I have interacted with her. If you are going here ask for WENDY!! You will not be disappointed!
I purchased 700sqft of vinyl flooring it was my first time experience and it was great. They have so big collection and the sales persons are very helpful…
Great place, would highly recommend!! The staff and the owners are highly knowledgeable and took time to understand my requirements. They got me a beautiful wide plank hardwood for our custom home and stained it to our exact shade. The whole experience was very easy and smooth, not to mention- the prices are unbeatable!!
I am greatly impressed with the service provided for the hard floor laminate. The staff were very co--operative and everything was taken care with ease. Thanks so much to sales representative Vandana for taking care of all request and providing great service. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for the hardwood floor services.
Hi,I just wanted to thank everyone who has rated and reviewed this store. It was recommended by a friend but I just decided to read the reviews first and boy am I glad I did. 55% or more have given this place one star and absolutely regret ever stepping foot in this store. All with the same negative reasons ex, bad customer service, lying, holding peoples money, terrible installations, faulty products and I only read about 12 reviews. These reviews are a blessing and I would rather spend my 25G’s somewhere with a far better reputation. As customers we all have to stick together……
Horrible customer service. Quite disappointing because I've purchased floors from them on 3 seperate occasions. Told me to deal with the floor supplier directly after I showed pictures of defects with my latest purchase and were unwilling to accommodate any sort of discount off the sale price. I explained I had 1 extra box and was advised I could complete a return with the original invoice. On my way over after work yesterday, I called in advance to ensure they would still complete the return since traffic was brutal. I was advised someone at the store would help out. I called again prior to arrival to advise I was around the corner, and some other sales rep told me the warehouse was closed and no one could help. I tried to explain the situation and she hung up the phone. I came in today to complete the return and the person assisting me didn't even say a word, processed the transaction and went back to her desk. They were super nice when I spent money to purchase the floors though ‍.
I bought 1000 sf laminate On very good price. sales person always help there to choose the colour and name VG she was helping us. I recommend to everyone go to Brampton hardwood floors.
