The mission of Dress for Success is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
Interview suiting
Each client is assisted by a team of personal shoppers who ensure the outfit the client leaves with is appropriate for the job she is applying for. The client is also provided with hosiery, shoes, and a purse or handbag.
Employment suiting
When the client is successful in getting a job, she returns to Dress for Success Regina to receive at least one week’s worth of business-appropriate clothing.
The personal shopper also advises the client on how to mix and match items to maximize the number of outfits she can create out of the clothes she receives.
The client is also invited to join our Professional Women’s Group, a monthly career development and networking group.
