Monty and Karen purchased the funeral home in 2009 and are honoured to serve Elmira and the surrounding communities. You will find them, and their team, to be compassionate, friendly, caring, and accommodating - prepared to help in every way possible.
Karen’s administrative skills have enabled the development of the memorialization that happens at the funeral home: memory cards, slideshows, orders of service, bookmarks, and personalization of the register books.
Monty brings 38 years of experience as a funeral director, 28 of those spent as a funeral home manager or owner. He began his vocation as a teenager assisting at the local funeral home, then studied at Humber College, opening the door to a lifelong career serving others.
